Baby food at home – health from the beginning!
Preparing baby food at home to help integrate the preparation of meals for your child in preparing meals for the rest of the family. – Stainless steel cooker and steam (avoid copper as it is devoid of vitamin C food)

– Veggie / fruit peeler

– Small freezer bags
– Instant-read meat thermometer
Fruit & Vegetables
With the exception ofbanana and avocado, all fruits and vegetables should be cooked. Cooking tenderizes them and kill bacteria that may be present on their surface. While you cook in water is the easiest way to prepare fruit and vegetables, is not the healthiest, because many nutrients are exhausted.
